What to do when Spider Man invades???

What to do.....What to do??

So Monkey is fully in his big boy bed for nap time and nighttime. He has been doing REALLY good and we haven't had any trouble with him getting into things during nap time......that is until today. I could tell that he wasn't sleeping because I could hear toys being played with every few minutes and things getting banged on. But I didn't want to go in there to find out what he was doing because if I went in he would defiantly never go to sleep.

I never expected what was coming next. As I was going about cleaning the house I hear crash.....bang....and then my little man screaming. I assumed that he had climbed into his crib and then attempted to climb out and failed or got on top of his changing table and fell when trying to get off. I quickly ran into his room to get him and was I found was very unexpected. Everything was cleared off of the window sill and the top of the dresser, all diapers were strewn about the room, blankets were here there and everywhere, and everything that he could have gotten into he did. And it wasnt his crib that he fell out of......he had climbed into his crib and then up on top of his dresser which is right by the window sill so he then cleaned off the window sill. In attempting to dump baby powder all over his room he got too excited about the white poofy stuff that he was spewing everywhere and fell off of his dresser.

I gave him a long talk about what he had done wrong and that he could have really hurt himself. He seemed to understand, but how in the world do you keep a very curious 2 year old from getting into everything and from jumping off of their dresser during nap time?? How he climbed onto his dresser from his crib I have no clue......but all I know is that he must be part Spider Man because he can climb better than most people I know!!
