The smallest Graves is here

On August 21st, 2008 Aiden  was born. He was 7 Lbs 9 Oz and 20 Inches long. It was a long hard drug free labor, but at 7:45 Pm Aiden came into this world. He did look sort of like an alien because he had to get suctioned out (i will spare you the pictures of his poor little head at the time......it was a little scary) but he was the most beautiful thing that i had ever seen....and he was ours. I can not describe the feeling of knowing that he is a part of Me and Nate....and knowing that I am now a Mom. The love that i felt then and still feel now for that little boy was and is like nothing that I have ever felt before. He has taken part of my heart and I love him to pieces.

Grandma got here a few hours after Aiden was born and was so excited to see him.

We had a rough first night at the hospital the the night that he was born. Aiden bascially screamed most of the first night. Nate and I traded off taking him through the night and finally got some sleep at about 4 or 5 in the morning.  I have a feeling that his poor little head hurt. I could imagine that it hurts to get suctioned out like that. Poor guy.
Grandpa and Uncle Ryan came up the next day because they had classes so they got to meet him a few hours after we got home from the hospital.
