 Our Review:
Justine over at fluff envy was amazing enough to send us a Organic BumGenius diaper in Ribbit (green)  for us to try out and review. Up until this point I have used mainly pocket diapers (besides one or two other kind that I have tried out a few times for night time.)  I sort of get stuck in a rut and don't really try others out. That is until I had the opportunity to try out the Organic BumGenius AIO diaper. If you are looking for organic, natural fibers next to your baby’s bum, but still want to stick with an AIO diaper, the Organic BumGenius is the way to go! It works just like a normal AIO BumGenius pocket diapers, but without the pocket, and you don't have to stuff inserts. It has a 100% organic cotton inside, with a new "no-stuff" system that is only available in the BumGenius Organic One-Size Cloth Diaper.  It’s extremely absorbent, soft, and fits SO MUCH slimmer than the pockets diapers we own.  It is an ideal solution for families with a child in day-care or family members resistant to cloth diapers! There are no extra steps at laundry time...... Just wash, dry, and stick it back on your little one.
It took a little time to get used to not having a pocket to stuff but after I got used to that I LOVE the diaper. It is SUPER absorbent and never leaked once. We used it for nap time, play time, and general running around and it worked great. It also fits great around monkeys legs and doesn't leave red marks. From the outside it looks just the same as a regular BumGenius AIO pocket diaper, but on the inside it has 6 layers of fast drying organic cotton against your little ones bum instead of the normal pocket with an insert.
Normally with most AIO diapers that have the "inserts" attached to the diaper they take FOREVER and a year to dry. That is not the case with this diaper.  They’re made in a way to open in the washer/dryer to where they wash more thoroughly and they don’t take a minute longer than my pocket diapers/inserts do.

Pocket Opening: No pocket. The Organic Cotton "inserts" are attached at the back and front of the diaper

Inserts: 

Rise:Very adjustable. They have two different size adjustments on the front with snaps.

Sizing: Fits most from Newborn to Potty training (7-35 Pounds)

Snaps or Velcro: Available in snaps. This is BumGenius's FIRST diaper to come out that offers snap closure. It has a double row of snaps to keep the ‘wings’ from sliding down. The front portion of the wings are made from stretchy fabric, so when you pull to secure, they fit snugly without restricting.

Colors: Available in 9 different great colors. Go here to see their different color options.

Washing/Drying instructions: Your organic diapers will need to be prewashed 5-7 times in hot water with a bit of detergent in each load. Dry warm.  Regular wash routine: Wash cold with ¼ of the manufacturer’s recommended amount of additive free detergent. Wash hot with the same amount of detergent. Double rinse. Dry warm.
