With the sun coming out more often and going to play outside almost every day I want to make sure that Baby D keeps covered as much as possible so that he doesn't get burned. Little ones have such sensitive skin and get sun burned so fast. A few weeks ago we went to the zoo for the day and it was hot outside along with very sunny. It was so toasty outside that after a while it was even too warm to carry D in the baby carrier because he was overheating. So we made a nice cushy little bed for him in the wagon with lots of blankets and he chilled there for a long time.

Lets just say that the hat works so well that D was able to fall asleep laying in the wagon out in the bright sunshine because he face was all of the way covered!  Isn't that one happy little man!
