***BOBA 3G Review & Giveaway***

As time has passed and my boys get older I learn to appreciate baby carriers more and more.  Keeping up with a 3 year old and a 1 year old gets harder and harder the older D gets. He isn't walking yet but he is very close and definately keeps me on my toes. When Monkey was first born I didn't have a clue about what baby wearing options were out there.  I just bought the first Snuggli baby carrier that I saw in the rack at WalMart because "all baby carriers are the same.....right??"........and how wrong was I !!!!! That carrier turned out to be extremely uncomfortable for me and Monkey just folded up into a ball in the bottom which was very un-safe for him. As I started researching my baby-wearing options and became more aware of what was out there I started to realize just what I had missed when my baby was little. There are so many baby carriers out there that are actually comfortable for the wearer and comfortable/safe for the baby.

Ever since I got my Boba 2G a few years ago it has been my favorite carrier. It is so amazingly comfortable and is very easy to put on. For a while a few months ago I had a Ergo, a Boba, and a Beco baby carrier and the Boba was my go to carrier just because it was so comfy and easy to use. When I heard from Boba about reviewing the NEW Boba 3G lets just say that I was just a little bit excited! I love all of the new features and.......well, basically everything about it!
The second I received my new BOBA 3G I was in love. The new features are amazing and the fabric is extremely high quality.  The only thing that I didn't like about my 2G was that it didn't have any pockets on it and that I couldn't use it for a newborn. And guess what!!! They changes that with their 3G. It has zipper storage pockets, snaps to make the carrier smaller so that you can use it with a newborn, and they also made it easier to adjust so that you can easily nurse while wearing your baby!

The thing that I love the most about the Boba is that it has great leg support. It is a million times better than the crotch dangler baby carrier that we started out baby-wearing in.  It has the proper leg support and takes pressure off of your babies spine, hips, and legs. The Boba also has highly tested military grade buckles for a safe and secure ride and has an adjustable hood so that if your little one is tired the they can comfortable sleep without their head flopping everywhere.

Comfort: The straps are my second favorite thing about the Boba 3G. They are nice and padded and extremely comfortable for the wearer. The Boba is so comfortable that I could wear it for hours and still be comfortable. The shoulder straps distribute the weight so well that I can hardly tell that D is on my back. The waist belt is also nice and wide so it doesn't cut into your belly. It is made to accommodate toddlers so it NEEDS to be comfortable.

Just like I had expected the 3G is just as comfortable as the 2G is and keeps my little man just as safe and secure. Before I learned about Boba I had never seen a baby carrier that had foot straps to keep my little ones legs/hips at the proper angle. The foot straps are securely attached to the waist strap and are completely removable if they aren't needed. They are also adjustable in length and even adjust to your child's foot size. We aren't using the foot straps at the moment on the 3G because D isn't big enough to need them, but as soon as he gets a little older they will definitely be getting some good use.

Materials: The Boba 3G is made out of 100% cotton and has a 100% cotton lining. The material is extremely soft and very gently on your babies skin. We haven't had any trouble at all with Monkey or D getting red marks on their skin or the carrier rubbing their skin raw.

Adjustability: The Boba 3G Baby Carrier accommodates children between 7lbs up to 45lbs. It has extremely adjustable straps to make it easy to switch from one person to another. My husband and I can switch who is carrying D within a minute or two. From taking him off one person, strapping him on the other, and adjusting the straps for the perfect fit.

I love that they made the carrier so that my husband and I can both easily use it. It is made to comfortably fit most people that are between 5’0” – 6’3.”  The waistband is also made to fit anyone within the range of 25” – 58” around the waist. They also made the 3G even more adjustable so that you can easily wear your baby in the carrier while breastfeeding! How cool is that! It makes nursing in public so convenient.
Colors/Look: The Boba 3G is available in three different solid colors and four different prints. Go HERE to see their color options. We recieved the Boba in Montenegro for review and absolutely love the color. It is solid black so that it matches everything that I could possibly wear and works great for Dad or Grandpa too. Most of their baby carriers are very "male friendly." I know for a fact that my hubby won't be willing to wear some crazy girly baby carrier, so it is nice to have a bunch of different options for guys to choose from that they would be willing to wear out and about. I do wish though that they made more boys color options in the prints. They have the kangaroo it is just not something that I like.
