Ju-Ju Monkey is is a cloth diaper and natural baby care product business aimed at the growing “green” population in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.  They are your "Baby's Bottom's boutique". JuJu Monkey was started by a stay at-home-mom, who wanted to be able to provide for her family without depriving her son of quality mom-time. The main goal of the company was to share knowledge with, and support, other parents in their endeavors to cloth diaper and be "green". Ju-Ju Monkey Inc tries its best to offer its customers a unique and growing selection of cloth diapers, accessories, and natural care products. They proudly offer many products that are manufactured in the U.S.A and make every attempt to use natural and/or green products.

Each and every product that they carry has been personally selected, most of which have been personally enjoyed by their family. Ju-Ju Monkey also strives to offer exceptional customer service. OUR REVIEW

Sara at JuJu Monkey was wonderful enough to send us a OS FuzziBunz in Tootie Frootie (Light Blue).

 Ever since I started trying out cloth diapers I have loved one size diapers the most. I just love that you can use them from birth to potty training and not have to buy any others later on when your kiddos get bigger.  Fuzzibunz diapers were the very first cloth diapers that I tried out on Monkey when he was little and they are still one of my favorite diapers. They are the diapers that got me started thinking about actually switching to cloth from sposies. I was reeled in by the soft squishy fabric, amazingly adorable fluffy butt, and that great quality of the diapers.

Colors: 

FuzziBunz has just come out with some NEW diaper colors! So instead of the eight colors they used to have they now have 14 amazing colors!!! They have every color of the rainbow plus more. From light colors to dark that will work well with girls and boys.

The only thing that I would love to see on the color front from FuzziBunz is some print diapers. 

Pocket Opening:

The pocket opening is in the back of the diaper. It is large and allows you to easily increase absorbency with extra inserts. The opening is nice and wide for easy stuffing and has plenty of room for extra nighttime stuffing.

Hook and Loop or Snaps:  

Snaps....The snaps are made to withstand 3+ years of use and the elastic is made to last just as long.  The elastic is also replaceable so these diapers will truly last you a long time. 

Fit/Elastic:

I think that my favorite thing about the FuzziBunz OS diaper is the Adjustable/Replaceable elastic in the leg. You can easily adjust the diaper smaller or bigger just by pulling on the elastic and putting it on a smaller/larger setting with the button.You can have a newborn size diaper changed to a potty training sized diaper in less than a minute! You know those children's pants that have adjustable elastic in the waist so that they will fit for longer?? Think that but in a diaper. Also since the elastic is not actually sewn into the diaper, all that you have to do to change it when it is stretched out is unbutton both sides of the elastic, slip the old one out, slip a new one in and button both sides! How easy is that!! No ripping out seams and no re-sewing of the diaper. Just un-button and re-button and its like new again.

If you only have one baby in diapers this is a great one size diaper to have. If you do have two in diapers like I will soon, its still a great diaper to have but you might want each child to have their own set of these. Why? Because adjusting the elastic in the legs takes more time to adjust then snapping/unsnapping a few snaps. Its a great diaper for one baby but not as versatile for two different size babies at the same time.

Most of the other diapers that we own have snaps for adjusting the rise in the front.  When Monkey was little and was on a smaller size setting we sometimes had trouble with the snaps coming undone when I put certain diapers on him. With Fuzzibunz you don't have to worry about that because there aren't any snaps to come undone. Its all in the leg elastic, so you don't have to worry about any snaps popping open.  So you have a SUPER adjustable diaper without an excess of snaps. From the outside of the diaper it looks like it would be a sized diaper because there are no snaps for adjusting, but its not!

FuzziBunz diapers are VERY adjustable. They are adjustable enough to be able to fit most newborns all of the way up to toddlers (7-35 lbs). The leg casings have 8+ settings and the waist has 4+ settings.  Adjusting the diapers is a little bit of a scary task at first, but as soon as you figure it out it is a cinch! You can use the sizing chart above for easy sizing information. If you are having leaking problems with this diaper you most likely have the diaper fitted wrong. Just experiment with the sizing and you will find the perfect leak-free fit. Never before has a pocket-style cloth diaper been SO adjustable!
