***Bright Starts-Start Your Senses Activity Gym Review & Giveaway***

One of the fun things about having a little one is picking out new toys! I have been wanting to get Baby D an activity gym for a while and was so excited when I heard from Bright Starts about doing a review for them. I love activity gyms because they are great for your baby to play with before he or she is moving around much. They are also a perfect way to help your baby get their daily tummy time while also getting some great stimulation. I have the hardest time getting D to stay on his belly when he doesn't have something to play with because he would much rather be on his back. So an activity gym is a great way to distract him enough to get him to play on his tummy for a while.

 

When I first received the activity gym the mobile was broken and one of the bars that go overtop  had a tear in it (I think that it got damaged in shipping). Bright Starts was wonderful enough to send me a new activity gym to review. 

One of my favorite things about the Bright Starts-Start Your Senses Activity Gym is the detachable mobile. It is so versatile and is a great thing to bring with you when you go out and about. We have even come up with a bunch of new things to put it on besides the car seat. My most favorite of them is the side of D's crib. He absolutely loves the little bugs hanging off of it and thinks that they are the funniest thing ever! He will lay in his bed for probably 30 minutes when he wakes up in the morning playing with his bugs and talking to them.

There are a lot of different types of activity gym's on the market, but the Start Your Senses Activity Gym is definitely one of the best quality gyms that I have seen and has the most things to help develop your babies mind. It is designed to stimulate your little one and is packed with activities and features that encourage your baby's development during the first year of life. The large play mat features very high-contrast colors which are easier for your baby to see, textured fabrics for tactile development, and adorable ladybug characters. 

Even though my little man is only 6 months old I can see him trying to figure things out and learning how to use his hands and feet with the toys. With all of the different textures, sounds, colors, toys, and the mirror he has plenty to keep him busy and will for a long time because it is made to grow with your baby.
